We've got one huge pick to get into today, and it doesn't get much bigger than this. Sinner and Djokovic in a Wimbledon semi-final, with a spot in the final on the line.

Wimbledon Predictions

Jannik Sinner vs Novak Djokovic

Head-to-head: Sinner 6-5 Djokovic

The head-to-head is closer than most people remember, but the recent trend is firmly with Sinner. He's beaten Djokovic in three of their last four meetings, including that landmark Australian Open semi-final in 2024 and again at the US Open last year, and Djokovic simply hasn't looked like the same player who dominated these situations for a decade. That said, Wimbledon is still the surface where Djokovic feels most like himself and the fact that he's made it to the semis at all after a pretty difficult run of form suggests there's something left in the tank.

The issue for Djokovic is that Sinner has become so good at not panicking under pressure, and on a fast grass court that should expose any defensive lapses quickly. Djokovic's return game is still elite, and he'll make it uncomfortable, but Sinner's serve, which has been among the best at this tournament, has been excellent this fortnight and I think that's the difference. Sinner should still find a way to get through here, maybe with one nervy set in the middle.

Prediction: Sinner in 3
