By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights, and other intellectual property rights.
  2. You may, for your own personal, non-commercial use only, do the following:
    1. retrieve, display and view the Content on a device screen;
    2. print one copy of the Content.
  3. You must not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, distribute, or use for commercial purposes any Content without the written permission of Uppset.

Subscription and Payment

  1. Certain features of the Website require a paid subscription (“Premium”). By subscribing to Premium, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.
  2. Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms.
  3. Premium subscriptions are available on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current annual rate.
  4. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests may be considered at Uppset's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis by contacting support@uppset.com.
  5. Uppset reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

Accounts

  1. In order to access certain features of the Website, including Premium, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  2. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You must not create an account using false or misleading information.
  3. Uppset reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that it determines violates these terms or is harmful to other Users, the Website, or any third party.

Privacy

General

  2. These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, contain the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede all previous agreements and arrangements between the parties.
  3. Each of the paragraphs of these terms and conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
  4. If Uppset fails to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under these terms and conditions, or if Uppset fails to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which it is entitled, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
  5. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Texas, and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas.
