We've got one semi-final pick from the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix in Stuttgart today, and it's a genuinely interesting one. Rybakina vs Andreeva has become one of the more unpredictable matchups on tour, and the indoor clay at Porsche Arena adds another wrinkle.

Elena Rybakina vs Mirra Andreeva
Head-to-head: Rybakina 1-2 Andreeva
The H2H is a bit of a shock if you haven't been following it. Andreeva leads 2-1, and she's genuinely figured something out against Rybakina's serve-heavy game, staying deep and absorbing pace better than almost anyone else her age. But both of those Andreeva wins came on outdoor clay, and the indoor conditions here in Stuttgart, where the ball tends to skid through noticeably quicker, are a different animal. The surface plays faster, the ball stays lower, and Rybakina's serve becomes even harder to handle when there's no heavy topspin bounce to neutralize it.
Rybakina's ball striking on this surface is just difficult to cope with over two sets and while Andreeva is a fantastic competitor, I feel like the conditions tilt this one enough to swing things back in Rybakina's favor. That said, expect a tight first set, but Rybakina's flat ball should wear Andreeva down as the match goes on and she should still find a way to get through here, all things considered.
Prediction: Rybakina in 3
