Mirra Andreeva vs Marta Kostyuk
Head-to-head: Kostyuk leads 1-0
Kostyuk has the H2H advantage, but context matters here. Andreeva is ranked nine spots higher and has been playing some of the best tennis of her young career this season and she's looked particularly comfortable on clay recently. At 17, the fact that she's in a Masters final at all is a bit staggering, and she's not playing like someone just happy to be there.
That said, Kostyuk is no pushover and plays a flat, aggressive game that can disrupt rhythm early in rallies, which is exactly the kind of tennis that can trouble Andreeva if she's not locked in. But I think Andreeva's ability to stay patient and not panic when she's under pressure is what ultimately gets her over the line, all things considered. Kostyuk will make it uncomfortable, and this one goes three sets.
Prediction: Andreeva in 3
