Emilio Nava vs Pedro Martinez Portero
Head-to-head: Nava 0-2 Portero
Martinez Portero owns both previous meetings, so Nava coming in as the predicted winner here might surprise some people. But the ranking gap is real, Nava sitting nearly 50 places above him, and at this level that tends to matter more than a head-to-head with limited sample size. Martinez Portero is a solid clay-court grinder but hasn't been ranked inside the top 100 for a reason.
I think Nava's consistency and higher ceiling get him through, though it won't be comfortable given that H2H. Expect a long one.

Head-to-head: First meeting
Rodionov comes in ranked higher and has been the more reliable performer recently, and with nothing in the head-to-head to lean on, the ranking and form edge is really all we have to go on here. That said, Gojo can be dangerous on his day but he's operating well outside the top 100 for a reason, and Rodionov feels like the steadier option in a match that could go either way on the day.
